Last week we had a chat with Chief Boima for the carnival special of the Africa is a Radio podcast. We chatted all things carnival from Afro soca to clubbing in London, and we chose some of our favourite world carnival tracks of this year’s soca season. On December 30th we attempted to fit all of our favourite tunes of 2015 in to one show! There were just too many great tunes that filled our our radio shows and club sets in 2015 so we decided to split them into two shows. We managed to juggle over 80 tunes covering dancehall, afropop and hip hop and this is just part 1! Part 2 will be live on Radar Radio 6pm – 8pm January 13th.
