We are thrilled to be heading back to Paris for Teki’s residency at Nuits Fauves this Friday. We had an amazing time when we played there in January and this one is set to be another heater with Akito, SpookyTeki Latex, Betty, DJ Ouai, Bamao Yende and Violetta West on the lineup. It’s going to be a really “Good Friday”. More info here.

2017 is off to a great start with our first gig of the year this Saturday in Paris. We are huge Teki Latex fans so it’s an honour to be part of the lineup for his residency at Nuits Fauves alongside Elijah & Skilliam, Madam X, Betty, Manara, Skinny Macho and DJ Monique. More info here.

BLKKOUT x Ghana 2.0 (Feat. Papa Ghana)

It’s been a while since we posted anything from Papa Ghana (a man of many talents, shout out to Daily Paper), this new track sees him team up with Parisian duo BLKKOUT. The track is an interesting fusion of styles. It doesn’t lie in straight afropop or house or soca but combines a bit of each. We mean this in the best way possible it’s a bridging song that takes you from one spot to another with such ease.

Black Coffee x I’ll Find You (Feat. Cara)

Paris hasn’t looked this good in ages. SA house don has another hit on his hands with this one.

Colette C’est Chouette

We are just back from a very sunny weekend in Paris. A must on our list while we were there was Colette home to a whole lot of beautifully designed products ranging from Keith Haring candles to African print kicks. Our favourite Colette product by far was the Bloc Party t shirt from La Fumisterie (pictured). These guys have a collection of tees using the simple idea of famous faces from different groups, including the Roots Rock Reggae t shirt and the Allstars t shirt. The Bloc Party tee is like the guess who of the rap world, we spent a good 2 minutes naming all the famous faces, while the Colette staff looked on like they had seen it all before.
