What’s that? The sound of bass, bottles clinking on the floor and beautiful music surrounding you? Adult xmas aka Carnival is around the corner and for the second year running we are putting on a World Carnival Party.
After the success of last year’s HDD World Carnival party we (Kazabon and Hootie Who) have decided to throw another one, this time at the Old Blue Last. After last year’s affair with some of the leading international names in the scene (Dre Skull, So Shifty and Schlachthofbronx) we are focusing on some of the Uk’s emerging talents.

Moroka and Samrai will be joining us for another party celebrating the inclusive sound of all of carnival. From the Soca Floats, to the Dancehall and Reggae soundsystems to Nigeria Corner and more. Moroka is known for his SA dance sets and has worked the likes of The Very Best, Yadi and much more. Samrai is part of Manchester DJ and production team Swing Ting who have been profiled in Fact Magazine recently. We are excited to have two of the Uk’s leading up and comers on the bill with us.

Also on the night we will have HDD regulars The Large, Illanja, Kazabon and Hootie Who bringing you the best in dancehall, soca and afropop. You can check out what last year’s party was like here.

We will also be doing some giveaways, including the 2013 HDD Carnival pack, on the night. You can check out the facebook event here.
