Taken from the Gyalentines day special at Manchester’s Roadhouse (RIP, it was one of our favourite venues in the UK). This is a live recording of our set at legendary Hot Milk. Fox and Kwesi Asante join us as well for what turned out to be a slackness special.
This Saturday aka Gyalantines Day you can find us in Manchester for Hotmilk. It’s their last dance at the Roadhouse. We are incredibly honoured to be playing, especially alongside Swing Ting fam, Doctor C and others. You don’t want to miss out on this all, especially since we are planning a slackness special. We are back at The Shacklewell Arms this Saturday August 2nd. You can find us in the back room aka the dancehall recreating the feeling of Carnival in the middle of Dalston. On the night we will have resident Murlo alongside HDD head honchos Kazabon & Hootie Who.

HDD finally has a new home out east; The Shacklewell Arms. It made sense really, the venue is perfect for our World Carnival Sound with it’s Caribbean beach inspired decor, space to dance and great outdoor garden to cool off after some vigorous dancing.
We start a monthly residency at the venue in Dalston in June but before that we bring you a one off Residents special. Residents The Large, Illanja, Kazabon and Hootie Who will offer you a taste of what’s to come. Expect Hip Hop, Dancehall and Tropical music on the night, Basically the experience of carnival in one night. Make sure you don’t miss out on it, grab someone close to you and whine.
The Bogle, Dutty Whine and Row Di Boat are not only encouraged but guaranteed.

It’s that time again; we are back at The Libertine Pub in Borough this Saturday March 16th for more warm up vibes. Come and join us for the best house party in a pub in the whole of London. Kazabon & Hootie Who will be providing you with a soundtrack of party starters to get you in the mood for clubbing. Hits from Hip Hop, Dancehall and R’n’B will get your Saturday night kicked off correctly whether you are catching up with friends over pizza and drinks or getting ready for a night of raving and misbehaving!
