Poirier x Jump

With the one and only Red Fox on the track. Poirier crafted a classic 90’s dancehall riddim to showcase the legend. Look out for Poirier’s Lp Migration out soon as well.

A- Game x Money Made Me Do It

A year old or so, i remember listening to this and A$AP Rocky’s problems at the same time, this Canadian rap song still goes. Mainly because of the funny chorus, good to see a visual for it finally. It even survived a Ryan Leslie guest verse.

Johnny D x Who’s Dat Ting

What the coming over the hill? Soca Season! This year we are branching out a bit we are also going to keep a keen eye on Bouyon aka Dominican Soca aka Jump Up aka Power Soca. One DJ/Producer whom we quite like is DJ Flip Tha Boss and he recently teamed up with Johnny D for the Bouyon Flow EP. This is the highlight of the EP a playful song over a souped up version of Paris.

Poirier x Kidnap Riddim

POIRIER is back with his latest riddim, this time self released on his website. The riddim features the likes of Boogat, Mr Ok and L’Xtrmst.Zen. Go get it right now as it’s the bees knees, this quote from the man himself sets it up perfectly.

“The basic idea behind Kidnap Riddim was to create a heavy, hypnotic and minimal beat that could stand side by side in the club with records by the likes of Lil Wayne, Drake or Rick Ross without losing any rush.”

Kendrick Lamar x Swimming Pools (Drank)

Sometimes you get the right hybrid of a catchy pop song with memorable lyrics and an incredible message. The second single off Kendrick’s Interscope debut is a banger.

Poirier x Jokma (Feat. Mr OK)

Poirier Jokma Mr ok Hipsters dont dance

Speaking of Canadian friends, Poirier is back with a new track with Haitian Mc Mr Ok. the song is part of the Kidnap Riddim Ep which is coming out this summer. If we remember correctly he teased this on EVR radio a couple of months ago. This track alongside the others will be an international affair as Boogat & Madhi, Set & Match, Kween G and L’Xtrmst.Zen all hop on this sparse yet incredibly intoxicating beat.
